Fee Increase - Effective June 4, 2010, applicants will have to pay the following fee rates for the corresponding visa classes:
Non-petition-based nonimmigrant visa $140
H, L, O, P, Q and R category nonimmigrant visa $150
E category nonimmigrant visa $390
K category nonimmigrant visa $350
Border crossing card - age 15 and over $140
All applicants should pay the $140 fee at Union bank. Applicants for petition based visas will then be allowed to pay the difference at the U.S. Embassy through the Consular Cashier.
These fee rates apply to all nonimmigrant visa applicants who attend their interviews on or after June 4, regardless of when the applicant made their appointment or paid their original fee.
If the applicant has paid the lower fee ($131), he/she will be allowed to pay the difference at the U.S. Embassy through the Consular Cashier. The additional fee can be paid in USD, local currency, or by credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diner's Club, and Discover card.
